9th February 2012 – Telstra’s Collaborative Information Management and Commonwealth Bank’s Group Master Data

Telstra will share their Collaborative Information Management Approach (CIMA) for agile and collaborative information delivery to ensure that the delivery of work is split across functional silos with cross-functional teams collaborating together on a pre-agreed set of federated and inter-connected platforms, technologies, processes and data stores. CIMA is an approach to making the best use of our existing information management investments in a more agile and collaborative manner.

CBA will share their project of building a sophisticated, business-leveraged Group Master Data capability along with their Group Data Warehouse. Achieved not as an IT infrastructure project, but rather as a pivotal enabler within a major, business-driven banking transformation this solution has enabled the business to turn data into insights for competitive advantage.

Connect. Share. Learn.
